The Sikh tragedy, the burning and desecration of mosques, the terrorizing of Jewish children at camp all speak to the great need for the bridge that the 9/11 Unity Walk provides for people of different faiths to meet and learn about one another. We walk with the Sikhs and all those facing religious bigotry and hate this year and every year, sending a message to the world about what is possible.
The artwork above was created by children who have attended the Unity Walk and the quote, "God has Many Houses" was a quote from an 8 year old who attended in 2011. The experience people have at the 9/11 Unity Walk has ripple effects. Please invite everyone you know, share this information with your community, community of faith, family, friends and more! Ask them to share it!
